She began her career with military service in the United States Navy from 2001 to 2006, where she gained invaluable experience in administration, operations management, and team coordination. Her time in the military instilled in her a sense of discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments—skills she continues to leverage in her consulting work today.

After her military service, Felicia earned a degree in Technical Management with a minor in Airport Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, which led her to a role as an Air Traffic Controller with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This position further sharpened her precision and decision-making abilities.

Recognizing the importance of leadership and organizational management, Felicia pivoted her career to focus on human resources and business strategy. She earned a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Strayer University, solidifying her expertise in workforce management, employee development, and organizational dynamics.
